We’re an established and independent events acquisition and management company. Our aim is to create a new body, bidding for major national and international events.
Our mission is to create a vibrant and prosperous community through the acquisition and operation of major Events.
Our track record includes 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2023 HSBC Sevens Tournaments at FMG Stadium Waikato as well as 2018 NZ Breakers vs Illawarra Hawks at Claudelands Arena, 2018 and 2019 All Blacks Test matches at FMG Stadium Waikato, 2019 NZ Darts Masters at Claudelands Arena and the Corona Piha Pro. We’ve achieved a lot since 2017, when we were created.
37south Events can fulfil a range of roles within the acquisition of events.
As a promoter, joint or singularly, we can acquire an ownership position, take the financial risk and benefit from any profits generated. We could seed/sponsor an event financially to bring it to one of our partner venues or we would facilitate the use of a Hamilton venue under the criteria set in our partnership agreement with Hamilton City Council.
